Fitness is so important to my day to day life. So many people believe that fitness is going to the gym and if they can't go to the gym, they feel like they have "failed" in working out. There are so many ways to fit in fitness and most importantly, fitness should be fun!

Personally, I cannot do high impact exercises and I definitely cannot run. I rely on lower impact exercises including Pilates, Barre classes and strength training to stay in shape and I LOVE to walk outside. It is so important to me to find work outs that increase my strength and protect my body. I am so lucky to live in a place that has many many many work out studios that I have access to through Classpass.  I will share my experience with different work outs that you can do in a class, at home or outside!
